3 New Updates and 6 Extensions that improves your Google Meet Experience
Google Meet Updates:
Google has recently released that they will be releasing new features for Google Meet.
Grid View: In each meeting, the screen can share up to 16 different users. If you are having trouble imagining this, think of The Brady Bunch theme song.
Google Meet integration with Gmail: Now you will be able to start a meeting quicker than even in Gmail.
The Free use of Google Meet has been extended from July to September!
Google Meet Extensions:
Last week I posted 3 extensions that would take your Google Meet Experience to the Next Level (see video here).
The video covered:
Nod– Raise your hand extension
Gridview– Brady Bunch View (more than 16 view)
Dualless – Split Screen extension
Here are a few more extensions that have come to my attention since that week:
Taqtic – transcribes your meeting (great for creating guided notes)
Google Meet Push to Talk (Use Spacebar to Mute/Unmute Yourself)
Visual Effects for Google Meet (Blur/Greenscreen)
